Hello from nowhere. Today’s newsletter is charged with current events including a favorite video clip, a couple of restaurants we visited recently, and an anti-hate crime mural image.

This is the mentality. This is the state of the United States right now. Uh this is what's going on here uh in this country. |
I’m thinking about the times we’re in these days. My apologies by the way for the late post. I’ve been forgetful lately, likely because I’m a bit overwhelmed.
It’s difficult to stay positive and creative with overwhelm.

Kissaten Corazon is a downtown (Chinatown) coffee speakeasy that is easy to love. Pictured here is a latte and a cantelope CT (cream top) which were so delicious.
Here’s a nearby mural that spoke to me. I asked chatGPT to recreate it without obstructions in front because there’s a telephone pole (and me sometimes).
